1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and benefits of the Chalé App Loyalty Program, a point-based reward system that recognizes and incentivizes user engagement with events, tours, and travel packages on our platform. The program aims to drive repeat bookings and customer retention while reinforcing the brand's promise: Solid Vibez.
2. Eligibility
All registered Chalé App users automatically become members of the loyalty program upon sign up on the Chale App.
3. Earning Points
Chalé App Rewards team reserves the right to amend points for task at any time. Bonus points may be earned at any given time as well.

4. Redeeming Points
500 points are required to redeem point. Our team will invite point redeemers Brunch or Day Trip with Chalé tour team.
5. Limitations
Fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse, or manipulation of referrals will result in account suspension. All points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Program Changes
Chale App reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with prior notice to users via app notification or email.
