Event Organizers & Vendors
If you're an event organizer, go on our website, click “CREATE EVENT” then sign up on Chale App and list your event. Once your event is submitted, our team will review and approve the listing to go LIVE. An email notification will be sent to the event organizer upon approval of event listing.

Is it free to use Chale App?
Yes, publishing your event on Chalé App is free! Event attendees pay a service fee, unless you choose to cover them. If your event is free, no Service Charge apply.
What is the Chale App Rate?
Chale Service Fee = 8% payment processing on ticket sales + $1.50 flat fee – Billed to ticket purchaser.
What if my event is free for attendees?
If your event is free, there are no fees to publish on Chalé App and no Ticketing Fees for your attendees.
