2. How does Chale App work?

 Simply browse events, select your ticket type, make a secure payment, and receive your e-ticket instantly via email and on your Chale App account.

3. Do I need an account to purchase tickets?

 No, you can buy a ticket without an account but then, creating an account helps you manage your tickets, track purchases, and receive event updates.

4. How do I buy a ticket on Chale App?

  • Visit the Chale App website or mobile app.
  • Choose your preferred event.
  • Select your ticket type and quantity.
  • Proceed to check out and complete payment.
  • Receive your e-ticket instantly via email or your Chale App account.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

 We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment options. Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), 

6. Can I buy tickets for someone else?

 Yes! You must enter their details during checkout, and the ticket will be sent to their email.

7. How do I know my ticket purchase was successful?

 After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and an e-ticket in your Chale App account. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact support.

8. I didn’t receive my ticket. What should I do?

 Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, log in to your Chale App account or contact customer support for assistance.

9. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?

 Refund policies vary by event organizers. Please check the event details or contact support for refund options.

10. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

 Yes, some tickets are transferable. You can check the event’s transfer policy or contact support for guidance.

11. How do I use my ticket at the event?

 Simply show your e-ticket on your phone or bring a printed copy. Chale staff will scan your ticket at the entrance.

12. What happens if an event is postponed or canceled?

 Event organizers will work on either refunding payment or rescheduling the event at a later date

13. Are there age restrictions for events?

 Age restrictions vary by event. Please check the event details before purchasing.

Event Organizers & Vendors

14. How can I sell tickets for my event on Chale App?

 If you're an event organizer, go on our website, click “CREATE EVENT” then sign up on Chale App and list your event. Once your event is submitted, our team will review and approve the listing to go LIVE. An email notification will be sent to the event organizer upon approval of event listing. 

15. Can I get event analytics and attendee insights?

 Yes, Chale App provides real-time ticket sales reports and attendee insights for event organizers.

18. Does Chale App offer discounts on tickets?

 Yes, some events may have early bird discounts, group discounts, or promo codes. Check out the event details for available offers.

19. How do I apply a discount or promo code?

 During checkout, enter the promo code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied before payment.

20. Can I use multiple discount codes on one ticket purchase?

 No, only one promo code can be applied per transaction unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.

21. Are discounted tickets refundable?

 Refund policies for discounted tickets depend on the event organizer. Please review the event’s terms before purchasing.

RATES & PRICING

Is it free to use Chale App?

Yes, publishing your event on Chalé App is free! Event attendees pay a service fee, unless you choose to cover them. If your event is free, no Service Charge apply. 

What is the Chale App Rate?

Chale Service Fee = 8% payment processing on ticket sales + $1.50 flat fee – Billed to ticket purchaser.

What if my event is free for attendees?

If your event is free, there are no fees to publish on Chalé App and no Ticketing Fees for your attendees.

What support do I get with Chalé App?

We offer both email and 24/7 call and chat support to event/ tour organizers, and attendees.
